MOLD INSPECTION

• We will send one of our certified technicians to your property to do a full inspection.
• The technician will take air samples to check for mold in the air.
• Swab samples will be taken from various surfaces, these will also be checked for mold.
• Infrared cameras are used to expose any hidden growth behind walls.
• Moisture readers are used to see if there is any condensation hidden behind walls. This will help determine the source of the mold growth.
• Within 2-3 business days the lab results will come in. We will then quickly give you the results, along with a full detailed report.
• The report will let you know if there is mold and how severe it is. It will also outline the necessary process, that will needed to be done in order to remove the mold as well as how to prevent the mold from coming back. Infrared pictures will also be supplied to you.
• So the mold inspection will includes air testing, swab sampling, infrared images, moisture readings and a full detailed report describing the type of mold present, if it is toxic or not, how severe it is, how fast it is growing and the health symptoms related to this mold type.
